Manager at the Chestergate, Steph becomes the first manager of 2023 to win the company-wide incentive trip to New York City! After Sarah from the Station won a trip to Las Vegas, there was great anticipation amongst the team where the next destination would be!
The prize is based on the current bonus scheme which gives managers the opportunity to tick off certain targets to achieve payments every month. Anyone who receives the maximum bonus on any three months from 12 is guaranteed a seat on the plane to NYC!
With five months left to go until the end of the year, there is still plenty of opportunity for more operators to join Steph on that plane and the number of people that do join her isn’t limited which makes it even more exciting!
Steph commented about her upcoming trip to New York City:
“I can’t believe I am going to New York! It still doesn’t feel real at all, but I am so excited if a bit apprehensive about the flight, but I know it will be worth it.
I can’t thank Blind Tiger Inns enough for this opportunity and I will continue to work hard and hopefully get a few more clean sweeps before the year is over!”
