The people have spoken and our favourite graffiti artist, Jano has painted three more Manchester United legends on the walls of the Trafford pub just before their first home game, last Friday!
After commissioning the Bobby Charlton mural last year which received outstanding praise; we thought it was great opportunity over the summer to create some more artwork of Manchester United legends.
Like anything we do at Blind Tiger Inns, we do it differently and we wanted to involve the people and let them have their say on who was painted on the walls. Diehard United fan, Stuart helped us compile a list of 10 Man Utd legends which was posted on the News4Trafford website for fans to vote.
After hundreds of votes over a couple of days; Denis Law, George Best and Eric Cantona came out on top, and their iconic images can now be found on the pub walls at The Trafford!
Chris Ramsden, Manager of the Trafford commented on the murals:
“The pub is iconic with Manchester United fans so what better way to involve the fans by letting them have their say about who we painted on the walls. We’re grateful to Jano for getting these done before our first home game that was on Friday 16th August and everyone loved them!”
