In just over a month, Erin and Julie will be heading to Miami, together with Managing Director, Chris and Area Manager, Martyn. Famous for its stunning white sand beaches and vibrant nightlife, the foursome have a jam-packed itinerary to enjoy Miami at its best and they are very excited indeed! Who wouldn’t be!?
As is tradition in Blind Tiger Inns, any pub manager that hits 3 ‘clean sweep’ bonuses out of 12, automatically books their seat on the plane and jets off to the next big location for that year!

“It’s becoming increasingly harder to choose these amazing destinations as we try and top it every year which is no easy feat. After some deliberation, we have decided to return to Las Vegas for 2027!
This was our very first trip but at the time, only one manager achieved the KPIs whereas we are now seeing bigger groups going and it feels right to do Las Vegas again but bigger and better.
Of course, we will be enjoying the amazing nightlife, casinos and entertainment that Vegas has to offer but I also want to take a helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon and get a picture with every single Blind Tiger manager outside the world-famous UNESCO site.
This is a real goal of mine this year and I genuinely think with everything we have going on in our pubs plus some changes within the business; the clean sweep bonuses are the most achievable they have ever been.
Nothing would please me more than having everyone on that plane with me next year.”
