Tastes of the Aegean have touched down in Sale, bringing Greek street food to the Little B! Laros which translates to ‘delicious’ in Greek already have restaurants in the heart of Liverpool and Manchester and have opened their 5th operation at the Little B as part of their expansion across greater Manchester.
Their concept is designed to reflect culture and joy which Greek food brings to people’s lives, fitting perfectly with the ethos at the Little B to create a standout experience for all it’s customers. The street food is available to eat in as well as a takeaway and collection option that allows people to enjoy Laros not only at the pub but in their own home.
The collaboration is the second of its kind with Italian, Girasole running out of the kitchen at the Talbot in Euxton. The model is working well within Blind Tiger Inns as it allows established food operators who are experts at what they do, to operate out of pubs with great footfall which they can capitalise on.
Manager of the Little B, John commented on the collaboration:
“Having Laros operate out of the Little B, serving delicious Greek street food has so far been great for us. It’s still early days but the customer feedback has been very positive, and everyone is loving their food – the gyros is a favourite already!”
Operations Manager, Nick Buckle added
“As a general rule of thumb, our pubs don’t do food as we run a very successful business without the addition of food. However, we will always try to find solutions where possible when it is something we feel the business commands.
We’re very pleased to be able to go on this journey with Laros as they expand their business and it provides us with ample opportunity too. We’re looking forward to seeing it grow through the spring and summer, and I can confirm the gyros is delicious!”
