MIAMI 2026 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Blind Tiger Inns’ latest incentive winners have just returned from an unforgettable trip to Miami, enjoying five incredible days packed with sunshine, world-famous nightlife, amazing food and unforgettable experiences as a reward for their outstanding achievements throughout 2025.

This year’s winners were Erin Johnson from The Queens in Aintree and Julie Bowers from The Rising Sun in Hazel Grove, who were accompanied by Chris Tulloch, Managing Director of Blind Tiger Inns, and area manager Martyn Reid — now better known as “Miami Martyn” for way too many reasons!

The Miami trip continued Blind Tiger Inns’ tradition of rewarding exceptional performance in style, with previous winning teams travelling to Las Vegas, New York and Dubai. The incentive is available to all managers who achieve maximum monthly KPI targets in any three months during a 12-month period, with the long-term ambition for the business being for every manager to earn their place on the plane.

The trip kicked off in true Miami fashion, with the team heading straight to South Beach to soak up the famous atmosphere. From rooftop cocktails and beach clubs to oceanfront dining and late-night entertainment, the city certainly lived up to expectations.

One of the highlights of the trip was exploring the vibrant Wynwood district, famous for its incredible street art, bars and live music scene. The group spent the afternoon taking in the murals, many of which were remarkably similar to those seen in Blind Tiger Inns pubs and beer gardens!

Of course, no Blind Tiger trip would be complete without some adrenaline and adventure. The team took to the water for an unforgettable boat experience around Biscayne Bay, cruising past the incredible Miami skyline and celebrity mansions on Star Island while enjoying the Florida music scene.

Other were spent experiencing Miami’s world-renowned hospitality scene, with rooftop venues, beachside restaurants and iconic nightlife spots all on the itinerary. There were plenty of cocktails flowing, plenty of laughs shared and plenty of memories created throughout the trip.

Julie Bowers from The Rising Sun said:

“An absolutely unbelievable experience from start to finish. Miami has always been somewhere I wanted to visit and to experience it with Blind Tiger Inns was incredible. It’s amazing to work for a company that genuinely rewards hard work in this way.”

Erin Johnson from The Queens added:

“It was such a brilliant few days and a reward we’ll never forget. The whole trip was full of laughs, amazing experiences and great company. It definitely gives you motivation to keep pushing for targets!”

And just like that, Miami 2026 was complete.

Another unforgettable incentive trip organised by Blind Tiger Inns to reward excellence, celebrate achievement and create memories that will last a lifetime. The question now is — who will be joining next year’s winners trip to the city of Las Vegas?

Final words from Chris Tulloch:

“What an incredible few days with an incredible team. Seeing managers rewarded with experiences like this is one of the best parts of what we do and makes me feel unbelievably proud. Erin and Julie absolutely deserved this trip and it was brilliant to spend time together celebrating their achievements. Blind Tiger Inns is full of ambitious people and this incentive is all about recognising that hard work in a memorable way.”
