What we do

We believe a local community pub should be exactly what it says on the tin.

You won’t find the Blind Tiger Inns logo plastered all over our buildings. All our pubs share the same brand values, yet they are individual in their personality, history and trading style.

We can only continue to be great if we have even greater managers and management couples supporting us in our venues. If this sounds like you, keep reading.

What we offer

We offer a management agreement, whereby you are your own boss, running your own business and team, minus the risk. We invest in the pub, the furnishings, the entertainment, Sky Sports, and all the boring stuff, so you can focus on running the venue. It’s your own business to make great but without the risk and masses of capital to invest.

All of our pubs are in the North West of England, here’s a map.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for partners that can get on and manage great venues, with our full backing and support in areas such as training, licensing, perfect serve and marketing.

Your role here is to come up with the plans and implement them. Ours is to help you achieve this, market it and pay the bills to help you do it!

Attach your CV if you like, but we are more interested in what you can achieve in the pub than how you did at A level English – so attach anything that you think is exciting from a newspaper article to a picture of your greatest pub success!
